Based in Bristol, Izzy McPhee has been recognised by the Music Producers Guild and Arts Council England as an emerging and talented mastering engineer.
Izzy grew up surrounded by a melting pot of musical genres and combined with over ten years of DJ experience and critical listening behind her - knowing how a track should sound is her specialty. The last 2 years has seen her accrue over 250 mastering credits, with work spanning a wide range of genres and artists - including Walt Disco, Dream Wife and Marla Kether.
Izzy’s professional development has been supported by Saffron Music in Bristol and she received the Developing Your Creative Practice grant from Arts Council England in 2023. As her career develops Izzy also receives ongoing mentoring from the senior engineers at Weird Jungle.
A passionate advocate for diversity, Izzy continues to call for increased inclusion across the music industry.
